You can champion your values and issues by supporting 501(c)(4) organizations. They provide the lasting organizational infrastructure for the progressive agenda, both within the election cycle and outside of it. During these turbulent, Trump Administration days, we need organizations to flex their full advocacy muscle. And 501(c)(4)s can engage in all the activities that 501(c)(3)s can, and much more. Because c4s can do as much lobbying as they want and can even support or oppose candidates (as long as doing so isn’t their primary purpose), they can be critical to policy success.
