Montana Supreme Court Election
Independence and integrity for the Montana Supreme Court are on the ballot this year. Partisan actors in the legislature are unhappy with recent decisions from the court protecting voting rights, abortion access, and critical environmental protections and have engaged in a smear campaign attempting to undermine the public’s confidence in the judiciary. Now, more than ever, Montana needs justices with integrity, justices who will uphold Montana’s constitution, justices who will protect your most cherished constitutional freedoms.
Montana needs Jerry Lynch for chief justice and Judge Katherine Bidegaray for associate justice on the Montana Supreme Court.
Born and raised in Montana, Lynch and Bidegaray understand the issues that matter most to Montanans. On the bench, they would protect your constitutional freedoms and prevent special interests from taking over your rights.
Look for Lynch and Bidegaray in the non-partisan section of your ballot under state supreme court. Lynch is running for chief justice, and Bidegaray for associate justice.
