Potential SCOTUS Shortlist

The individuals under consideration for nomination to the Supreme Court represent a profound threat to constitutional rights and the integrity of our judicial system. Their records reflect a deeply ideological agenda and raise serious concerns that loyalty to Donald Trump would take precedence over an impartial commitment to the Constitution and the rule of law.

Any senator who votes to confirm one of these nominees must be held accountable for placing partisan allegiance above the rights and interests of the people they were elected to serve. We have already witnessed the damage caused by a MAGA-aligned administration across every level of government. We cannot allow that agenda to become further entrenched on the Supreme Court through lifetime appointments that could shape the law — and the lives of millions of everyday people — for generations.

Extensive research into the records, affiliations, and judicial philosophies of these potential nominees make clear why each candidate poses a serious danger and is unfit to ascend to the nation’s highest court.
